Designed and built in Applewood, CO. Studio is 12x 16, on a 16 x 24 deck over pier foundation poured in September 2020, exterior finished May 2021.

Half repurposed and post-consumer recycled materials (TREX patio, homosote panels for walls). The insulation, seven doors, one window, vinyl floor, wall outlets, porch light and more are all second hand :)
